Darrel has been leading the kitchen at Barolo Grill for over a decade, and is excited to expand his culinary reach into the more casual fare of Chow Morso Osteria. After many trips to Italy, learning recipes and techniques first hand from chefs of some of the worlds great restaurants,  Darrel's inspired vision for Chow Morso Osteria promises to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests.
