Executive Chef

Don Gragg started at Barolo with Ryan over 20 years ago and has pursued a career including national acclaimed restaurants such as Chez Panisse in Berkley California and Gramercy Tavern in New York. He will be able to use his culinary skills at Chow Morso in a new setting.

Culinary Director

Chef Darrel Truett brings his carefully honed and crafted restaurant skills to Chow Morso after years of kitchen experience, including over a decade in the kitchen at Barolo Grill, where he is currently Executive Chef. Darrel is excited to also serve as the culinary director of Chow Morso where his envisionments can come to life in a story made of pasta and other Italian street food delights.
